Fees & Services



Rates below are for each horse

Paddock With Stall $225 per month

 Includes:

Paddock
 Fenced paddock a minimum of 80’ x 110’ with smooth wire and rail fencing.
1-2 compatible horses per paddock with large stall.

Twice a day feeding of high quality alfalfa and oat hay.

Cleaning of paddock & stall
Clean straw added as bedding in stall as needed.

Access to a salt/mineral block and fresh well water in a clean trough.

Worming  Every 2 months.  Fly Spray as needed.

Grooming
Includes brushing, hoof care, mane and tail maintenance. Baths will be determined by conditions & need. accordingly.

Winter Blanketing
You supply the blanket.
Repairs & Cleaning fee of blanket will be billed as needed

Digital Diary
Emailed monthly with photos & updates of your horse’s new life & health

Additional Fees

Supplements
Fee for this varies. As needed. Senior meal, vitamins, supplements, etc. will be billed

Vet & Farrier
The vet visits twice a year
mandatory vaccinations, 4-way and teeth floating (as needed).
Geldings will have sheath cleaned at least once a year.
Emergency calls as needed. Fees will be billed.

Fees vary. On site Farrier, trimming will be only an as-needed basis.
$20.00 per trimming billed as needed. Shoeing extra.

Layup special needs
Varies as required

Trailer Expenses
Varies. Billed by service provider/owners

Boarding Requirements

Proof of negative Coggins test is required.

First month basic paddock fee $225.00 and mandatory Funeral Expense Deposit
of $500.00 due at time of contract signing.
If the horse is moved prior to death, the funeral deposit will be refunded.

You will be billed the basic paddock fee and any additional  fees,
as determined on your contract with us,  
each month.

You are welcome to visit your horse anytime during business hours by appointment.


Non-retirement horse boarding is also available when space allows. No riding horses on the ranch property. You can bring your own trailer to transport your horse for riding on trails in the National Forest or National Park 30 - 50 minutes nearby.
